eStar Truck & Van has delivered the first vehicles in HPH Transport Holding Ltd’s 2026 fleet replacement programme, marking the beginning of the operator’s next phase of fleet evolution.
The delivery of four 530 Actros ProCabin GigaSpace units reflects HPH’s continued focus on driver welfare, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
From the outset, the specification was shaped around the people who spend the most time with the vehicles – the drivers. Every detail was selected with safety, comfort and day-to-day practicality in mind, ensuring the new additions support both performance on the road and quality of life away from home.
Each unit includes over-bunk storage lockers, an inverter and a fitted microwave, providing added convenience for drivers operating on extended journeys.
Operational compatibility was equally important. With a low fifth wheel height, the new trucks integrate seamlessly with HPH’s High Cube Mega trailers, maintaining flexibility and consistency across the wider fleet without compromise.
The deal was managed by Joe Thompson, Truck Sales Consultant at eStar, whose close collaboration with HPH ensured the specification aligned with both operational requirements and driver expectations. Joe’s commitment to understanding the customer’s needs played a key role in bringing the first phase of the 2026 replacement programme to life.
The vehicles will be maintained at eStar’s Knowsley flagship Truck site, ensuring dedicated aftersales support and long-term reliability throughout their operational life.
Richard Waterworth, Head of Truck Sales at eStar, said: “This latest delivery represents another positive step in the partnership between eStar and HPH, and we’re proud to be supporting HPH’s forward-looking strategy with strengthening their fleet capability and enhancing their driver experience, thanks to these new Actros ProCabins.”
Steve Sugden, Director at HPH Transport Holdings, commented:
“eStar have demonstrated a highly proactive approach in delivering outstanding customer support. Following an extensive trial of demonstration units, we determined that the new ProCabin GigaSpace tractors were the ideal addition to our fleet.
“The vehicles delivered best-in-fleet fuel economy, and driver feedback has been extremely positive throughout. Furthermore, the aftermarket support provided by eStar has been exceptional.”
