Assisting Vulnerable Customers

Most customers will be able to make decisions without difficulty. However, a surprising number will encounter serious problems. It is important that we as a dealer are alert to these problems and provide support to overcome them, including helping you to find the right help and support.

Customers often need to make a number of decisions or choices when they buy a vehicle. It is important that they are provided with clear information to help inform these choices and are given the space and time they need to make careful decisions.

No organisation can meet all of its customer’s needs, so we’ve provided a comprehensive list of support services who are specialists in providing appropriate support should any of our customers have a challenge which is beyond the scope of the assistance we can provide ourselves. If you need assistance on how to get in touch with any of these organisations, then we will be very happy to assist you, which can include contacting them on your behalf to make an appointment, should you wish us to. This is not an exhaustive list and there may be local organisations who can help. We will be happy to assist you with finding more local support should you need us to.
