Once you have successfully completed your End Point Assessment, you will have achieved an industry-recognised Level 3 qualification in your chosen course. This is the equivalent to an A-Level qualification and puts you in a great position to continue building your career in the automotive industry.
Once you have completed your course and obtained the relevant qualification to work in a qualified role, we will look to offer you a suitable role within the business. Whilst we make every effort to do this, it cannot always be guaranteed. If we are unable to offer you a suitable role within the business, you will still be able to take your qualification elsewhere and continue your career in the industry.
