What’s in it for you:
- Learn and become experienced in the role of a Service Advisor, which includes meeting and greeting customers, discussing the needs of their vehicle, raising job cards, liaising with Technicians in the workshop to check job status, and managing your customers and their journey with us through clear and regular communication

Package Details:
- £7.55 per hour in your first year, after which rate is in line with National Minimum Wage
- Based onsite in Deeside
- 40 hours per week, generally Monday - Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (exact shift times to be confirmed)
- 23 days’ holiday each year plus bank holidays
Qualifications Required:
- No previous automotive/similar qualifications are required
- GCSE 9 - 4 (A* - C) or Function Skills Level 2 in Maths and English
- Predicted GCSE grades are acceptable - please note the apprenticeship offer is subject to final GCSE results
