Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

Took our Sprinter in for a warranty job. Amall looked after us. She is super pleasant, very helpful. Kept us informed all the way through. Hope we don\’t need any more warranty work, but if we do, I hope Amall looks after us because she\’s a credit to eStar.

eStar Trafford park.. Unfortunately, Google only allows me to give eStar 5 stars. From my personal experience I would have given 10 stars. From the moment you walk into reception, you are greeted with a friendly smile from Sam or Eddie. I get the impression that all the team at eStar are very professional in the quality of service they provide. Warren\’s knowledge has been unbelievable. Having my vehicle maintained at eStar has definitely enabled me to keep my Vito on the road working…….. So it\’s 10 stars from me to all the team at eStar.

eStar Deeside provide service, maintenance and repairs for all the Mercedes-Benz Vans we use for Amazon deliveries. The customer service is excellent. They respond to email enquiries and updates within minutes, and they work well with us to get our vans back on road quickly. And in this line of business, quick turn around is key.
